📦 Order Processing
Our products are 3D printed and may be made to order. Each item is prepared, checked and packaged before dispatch.
Our standard processing time is 2-4 working days, unless otherwise stated on the individual product listing.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
🚚 UK Delivery
We offer delivery throughout the Mainland United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times are:

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Bank holidays, adverse weather and postal service delays may affect arrival times.
🔍 Order Dispatch & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification where the selling platform supports it.
Tracking details will be provided when a tracked shipping service is used. Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.

📦 Damaged Items
Every order is carefully packaged before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the item and its packaging so we can assess the issue and discuss the appropriate next steps.
